Preparing a management dissertation is one of the most comprehensive and exhaustive tasks that a student has to complete before receiving a degree in management. This requires excellent knowledge of the subject and excellent writing skills. The study of management primarily revolves around the five basic functions which are planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling. The first two functions are of quite importance during the thesis writing process as well and what you learned during your studies about these two functions can be quite effectively applied during the process to achieve a high grade. Planning as you will have studied in your course is one of the most important tasks for a manager and this is equally important when you want to complete a research in an effective manner. Therefore apply your knowledge and education effectively to prepare alternative plans for the whole process and implement preventive problem solving techniques. When you plan everything out before starting the management dissertation proposal your chances of submitting it within the deadline and securing a distinction will be increased considerably.
