Preparing a high quality management
dissertation is a challenging and tricky task and requires in-depths and
comprehensive knowledge of the subject area being focused in the report. Universities
do not award degrees to students if they are unable to secure a high grade in
their thesis for management and that is why it is necessary that every student knows
what problems may be faced during the process. The very first and most common
problem is related to the topic as many students fail to select a good topic
for the research which eventually leads to a poor grade, so it is essential
that you select a good topic by researching online and discussing with professors
and your supervisor. Preparing a proposal for the research is also quite
troublesome and you should consult with your supervisor thoroughly before and
during the writing process of the proposal. The main document of the
dissertation in management is the most comprehensive task and almost all
problems are related to deficiencies in time management, research and writing
skills. These problems can be solved quite effectively through proper planning
and following the guidelines provided by the university.

What to do when you have to prepare an effectual literature review?
A literature
review dissertation can be written in a variety of ways but if you want
to prepare it in an effective manner then you have to follow a specific
guideline. The first thing to do is to find the most recent and reliable excerpts
of literature from the most reliable sources. This is important because using
the most reliable, recent and relevant sources of literature increases the
effectiveness of this chapter. Once this step has been completed, the next step
is to read all of the articles and sources you have acquired critically. Try to
identify any weaknesses, gaps and strengths in the articles you read and a very
good practice is to read the abstract first to understand what will is
discussed in the report. The abstracts will also be helpful in interlinking the
various sources to each other when you actually start to write. Write major
points and highlights throughout the reading process. Once you have read or
overviewed all of the articles start writing while keeping all of the factors
in mind which you identified during your reading and also consult the notes
from time to time.

People face a significant amount of problems while writing a computer
dissertation and most of these problems are related to lack of
research, writing and time management skills and also due to the social, academic
and personal compulsions. One of the primary problems is selecting an
intriguing and interesting topic in computer science and writing an effective

What should you do before starting to write a literature review for a dissertation?
As a literature
review is one of the most essential sections of an effective
dissertation therefore it has to be written with extreme care and
effectiveness. There are a lot of steps which can be taken during the writing
process of this chapter but what people do not usually tend to realize is that several
things have to be done even before starting the chapter. You may think that
only excellent writing skills are required to complete this chapter effectively
on the contrary reading critically is the key to completing this chapter. The primary task you have to do before you can
start the chapter is to select the most relevant and recent literature from
reliable sources and in order to do this skim through the abstracts and overviews
to determine whether a specific piece of literature is valuable for the chapter
otherwise discard it. Once you have selected an ample amount of sources start
reading them one by one and create a virtual map or outline in your mind regarding
the analysis and discussion of these sources in the chapter. Look at the strengths
and weaknesses of various researches and identify how a specific research
relates to your own research. Once you have done all of this and prepared an
outline you are well on your way to successfully completing a very good review
of literature for your dissertation.

Writing an effective dissertation proposal by acquiring samples
Preparing a proposal for a research is important as well as
problematic and several extraordinary skills related to writing, research and
thinking are required to complete it effectively. Any individual who has any
deficiencies in any of these skills may not be able to complete the proposal
without any help. It is very important to know exactly how to structure and
write a proposal and this issue can be resolved by acquiring samples or
examples from various sources. The examples can show you the various sections
which should be covered within a proposal and what the format and style of
writing should be. If you have acquired several samples you can easily review
different strategies and approaches of completing the document. Moreover, if
you have acquired these samples on a specific topic then you can use them as a
guiding framework to structure your own dissertation
proposal on a similar topic or subject quite easily.
What is a dissertation abstract and how it should be written?
An abstract provides an overview of
a whole thesis within one or two pages. The abstract presents to the reader an
idea about the research conducted for the exposition. In many instances writing a dissertation
abstract can be more troublesome than writing the report itself because of the
limited availability of space. Therefore it has to be as concise as possible and
should present the overall summary of the research in a single page. The length
and contents of the executive summary differ from university to university. May
of the universities require short and concise reflections of the various
chapters of the research while others require a summary of the overall report. An
abstract should be written in such a way that it reflects what the report is
actually about and how the research aim and objectives have been accomplished. It
should be written so effectively that it motivates the reader to read the whole
report but it should not be more than 400 or 500 words in length or a maximum
of two pages but usually universities require it to be no longer than one page.

How should a nursing dissertation be structured?
There is a specific format and style
of writing
a nursing dissertation and universities usually provide an outline or a
guidance framework for the whole process. Many students are unaware of the various
chapters of a thesis in nursing even after they have been supplied with loads
of documents and supervisors have instructed them how to complete the report
effectively. A dissertation in nursing is structured like any other thesis or
exposition but it is important to remember that the report for a research is no
like an essay but is a comprehensive report which usually covers five main
chapters. The first chapter of the research report is the introduction chapter which
introduces the research area, aims and objectives and the research questions. The
second chapter is the literature review chapter which covers a critical review of
previous researches conducted in the same research area. Once the review of
literature is completed, a research methodology chapter is written for the nursing
dissertation which covers the methods and techniques utilized for data
collection and analysis. The findings and observations of the researcher are
the fourth chapter while the last chapter of a nursing thesis covers the
conclusion and recommendations. It is important to start each chapter with an
introduction and end it with a summary to create a logical from one chapter to
another for the readers.
